Project Management

Project Management at Tasel is the central point in project execution, as well as a support and facilitation center for all relevant tools and technologies. This methodology is clearly organized and has proven effective in implementing consulting projects such as the establishment and operation of a data management office undertaken by Tasel Business Solutions.

At each stage of this methodology, several key steps are associated with decision-making points that contribute to the evaluation and alignment of project objectives. Through this methodology, we determine the ability to move to the next stage of the project and focus on the different aspects of the project, activities, tasks and outputs of the project stages.

Change in the context of project management is anything that transforms or impacts projects, tasks, processes, or structures. Therefore, change management refers to the tools and processes that a company will use to manage change within the project and its project team. Quality Management

The term “quality” includes the use of the best materials and experts, auditing at all stages and points of project development, and careful testing of all expected deliverables from the solution. The goal of quality management is to assess the completeness of quality control arrangements, delivery reviews, and efforts to resolve the problem.

Quality plan

The quality plan is developed during project planning and specifies (for each person on the project) the levels of quality for which the team member is responsible. To make this process more effective, the project manager assigns quality assurance responsibilities to specific people. The project manager identifies the actions to be taken on the project in the quality plan to ensure that objectives are met and product quality meets customer expectations.

Quality review

Project deliverables are reviewed to ensure that they follow quality assurance standards and are appropriate for the project needs. The diagram below illustrates the proposed review process to be used in the project.
